Refunding Buyer

If for any reason your buyers are not happy with the goods you have provided them, they are expected to discuss with you and you are expected to agree that the item is returned to you at their expense (buyer will pay to post the item to you).

When returning items, buyers are expected to follow the right procedure of status updating to keep you in the loop of the progress. Once you have received a returned item, you must then refund the seller accordingly and leave a feedback all these status update and discussion can be done on the communication timeline.
